Lacey Townsend serves as the executive assistant to both the President/CEO and the Director of Projects and Programs for the Innovation District. In her role she completes a broad variety of tasks which include managing the extremely active calendars of the District executives as well as maintaining a realistic balance amongst the multiple priorities of the Innovation District. Previously she worked as the office manager of a commercial construction management firm for over six years. It was during this time she decided to further her natural organizational skills by obtaining her BA in administrative leadership from the University of Oklahoma. The greatest strength that she brings to the position is over ten years of experience in event planning and execution. Outside of the office she is a devoted wife, mother and foodie who enjoys taking part in all the new and exciting experiences Oklahoma City has to offer.
