Secured on a ±5.5-acre site near NE 8th Street and I-235, Convergence is positioned as the heart of Oklahoma City’s Innovation District. Plans for the development include an office tower, upscale boutique hotel and restaurant, public realm, a 2-level below ground parking garage, retail space, Stiles Park, and MAPS 4 Innovation Hall.
The pedestrian friendly environment establishes connectivity between Oklahoma’s two largest universities, which is critical for the success of Oklahoma City’s Innovation District.
