In 2021, the Oklahoma City Innovation District launched a tax incremental finance (TIF) committee, now known as the OKC Innovation District STEM Education & Workforce Development (SEWD) Committee. The SEWD Committee oversees the allocation of $18 million over the next 25 years to fund STEM education and workforce development programs in the Oklahoma City Innovation District, enabling students and community members to have the resources necessary to participate in the Innovation District’s workforce and opportunities in their own community.
Currently, the OKC Innovation District STEM Education and Workforce Development Committee of the Innovation District is looking for Educational Service Providers to provide STEM Education programming for students in NE Oklahoma City. To apply, click the button below for more info.
