Aerospace Innovative Training Symposium

Learn about the rapid advances in emerging tech, how stakeholders of the NAS will utilize it & work together to address workforce challenges.

The Aerospace Innovative Training Symposium will provide a national forum to explore the nexus of emerging technologies in the field of aerospace technical training. Rapid advances in extended reality technologies and artificial intelligence/machine learning creates opportunities to gain efficiencies in how the current and future aerospace workforces are trained.

Through the interactive Working Groups, led by facilitators, attendees of this Symposium will also be able to work together along side academia, government and commercial aerospace leaders to identify and problem solve solutions about current workforce challenges related to educational pathway gaps and regulatory challenges.
