A signed rental agreement and 50% deposit required to confirm booking.

Reservations are allowed to take place anywhere between 7 AM – 10 PM, inclusive of set up and teardown time.

Yes, setup and teardown of the base furniture are included with all Innovation Hall rentals.

Yes, an 8′ × 20′ stage is available for an additional $150.

Parking is calculated at 40% of your estimated attendance, multiplied by $5.

To enter Innovation Hall, park for free in the underground Convergence parking garage, located just east of the Convergence Campus.

Google Maps may try to direct you away from the parking garage, so here are a few helpful tips:

Coming from N Stiles Avenue? Continue straight directly into the Convergence parking garage at the end of the street.

Coming from NE 9th Street? Turn left into the Convergence parking garage.

Once parked, take the elevator marked with yellow “Innovation Hall” markings and select the starred first floor. The elevator will bring you directly into Innovation Hall.
